What we believe

Our Purpose Statement

To be Christ-like in our daily living by emphasizing total commitment of life, personality and possessions to the Lordship of Christ.

Our Vision

"Love God, Love Others"

Scripture

  • The Bible is the inerrant and infallible word of God. It was written by men divinely inspired by God and is completely trustworthy and true.
  • It is the eternal authority in a believer’s life.

God

  • There is one God, who is the Creator, Sustainer, and Sovereign Ruler over all.
  • God is revealed in Scripture as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit each with unique attributes, but one in essence and nature.

Man

  • Man is the creation of God, made in His own image.
  • Man was free from sin in the beginning. However, by his free choice, man sinned against God and brought sin to humans.
  • Only by God’s grace can man be brought into His holy fellowship and enabled to fulfill the creative purpose of God.

Salvation

  • It is the redemption of the whole man and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
  • Regeneration: This is the change of one’s heart, which is an act of the Holy Spirit through conviction of sin and enlightening of their minds spiritually to understand the Word of God. This is a work of God’s grace alone.
  • Repentance: A person is made aware of their sinful nature by the Holy Spirit, and he humbles himself before God with sorrow and a purpose to walk before God in a manner to please Him.

The Church

  • The local church is a particular assembly of believers for the purpose of edification and evangelization.
  • The universal church is the sum of all believers of all ages, tribes, tongues, peoples, and nations.
  • Christ is the Head of the Church
